Caitlin is back in Seattle enjoying her first week of medical school at the U so I am back at the keyboard. M.E. remains in the ICCU and is stable. Her electrolytes and Dilantin levels have normalized.
Today the staff from Occupational Therapy started working with her. They are focusing on larger muscle movements that are familiar to her. M.E. also had an EEG this morning (to track electrical activity in the brain). This will help to rule out the presence of any seizure (or abnormal) activity that might be occurring "below the radar". No results as of this posting.
I was personally not with her today (got shut out outside the room since they were about to start the EEG). She looked very peaceful from the doorway.
