From M.E. - Part 2

This is M.E. again. I just thought some of you might like to know more about my brain tumor. So you can check out this web site to get more information if you want. Mine was an olfactory groove meningioma which is about half way down the web page. http://www.brighamandwomens.org/neurosurgery/Meningioma/Meningiomafacts.aspx

Love, M.E.

Hi, M.E. and Dave,
How great that you are now adding to the posts, M.E.! Yours is a true "miracle story." Our little miracle visited last weekend from New Jersey. Everything Eva does is an adventure and a joy. She was in our backyard on Sunday with her mom, Kristin, and dad, Billy, and dog, Pookie. Well, the children next door came over with their dog; then the children on the other side of us came to their fence with THEIR dog. Eva was beside herself with excitement. She was calling for Papa and Mimi to come join the fun while, at the same time, pulling grass out of the ground and throwing it in the air to show how thrilled she was! Then on Monday, Kristin took Eva into a ladies' room in Mystic, CT, where she got to use the electric hand dryer. She came out beaming and telling us about all of the fun that she had with the dryer. "I liked that restaurant (sic) room!" I relay these little stories because I'm sure you can relate to the joy that Eva gets out of every little thing that happens in her life. We get a lot of joy out of reading all of your entries on this blog site, too. Thanks so much for keeping up with them. Our love and prayers--and excitement! -- are with you. I'll have more "Eva stories" for you soon because Eva is going to be a flower girl in our nephew's wedding next week. Should be interesting! Love, Corrine
